    A stablecoin reserve is set up for the company’s stock token, sized to always hold more than the tokens are worth.

    The stock token can now be minted against deposits and burned on withdrawal, with supply matched to the reserve at all times.

    Live prices from the company’s home exchange are connected, so every mint and burn happens at the current share price.

    The reserve is checked on a regular schedule. Once that’s running, the company appears here and you can launch coins paired with it.
